DESIGN WORK
Service fees depends on the size of the project area or the project value, such as
▬ Design fee 150,000 baht for the request for permission to build a single house, area not exceeding 300 square meters
▬ Design fee 250,000 baht for complete system work
▬ Design fee 500,000 baht onwards for a 4,000 square meter factory or 60 apartments
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
THE RATE OF PAY DEPENDS ON THE TYPE AND VALUE OF THE PROJECT, SUCH AS
• 4-storey apartment building project using 1 structural engineer Work on the Construction Site 3 days a week and system engineer to Work on the Construction Site 1 day per week. Total Cost 40,000 baht per month.
• 5,000 square meter factory project, using 1 structural engineer Work on the Construction Site 6 days a week, system engineer Work on the Construction Site 1 day per week and project manager (senior engineer) Work on the Construction Site 1 day per week.
Total Cost 80,000 baht per month
***The Cost maybe vary as The other Factor such as Site Location , Construction Schedule or Any Condition etc.
PRELIMNARY DESIGN
Service Fees start at 50,000 baht (Depend on the size of the project area). Consist Drawing of Layout , Elevation , Section & Include with 3D Perspective Picture.
PROJECT FEASIBILITY
Create project budget and estimate revenue to create cash flow starting at 20,000 baht per project (service Fees depends on the size of project area)
